About Me
Hi I'm Aaron. A creativity coach and electroacoustic musician based in sunny Los Angeles, California. Ever since I can remember, my creative passion has been music. I played in school bands since the 5th grade and in 1998 my parents let me sell my saxophone to buy a laptop so that I could make my own music instead of playing what someone else had already written. That moment propelled me on a long journey to eventually signing releases to multiple record labels, performing live in clubs and events, and booking tours to play music festivals across the world.

Unfortunately (or.. fortunately?), it all came to an abrupt stop when I was involved in a major cycling accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury that required specialized care with a focus on intensive cognitive and physical therapy to recover from. Through that process, I had to relearn how to hear music, how to understand rhythm and tone, and eventually how to make music again.

It's fair to say that my relationship with creativity has been incredible and unique. Now, on the other side of that experience, I perform live electro-acoustic ambient sound baths in the Los Angeles area. The "acoustic" sounds are provided by traditional sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls and other interesting percussion instruments from around the world. The "electronic" sounds are made from a wide variety of synthesizers, feedback loops, drone/noise boxes and effects. I use both of these toolsets to provide an atmosphere that allows listeners to achieve deep states of relaxation, meditation and healing.
